Can I upgrade from Free to Corporate at any time? +
Yes — you can upgrade instantly from within your TARGT dashboard. Your data and
settings carry over automatically, and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month.
What happens if I add a rep and go over my plan limit? +
On the Free plan you'll be prompted to upgrade to Corporate. On Corporate, you simply
move the slider to add more licenses — the monthly total updates in real time and is reflected on
your next invoice.
How does the Corporate per-license billing work? +
Each license is R200 per month and covers one rep account with full access to all
Corporate features. You choose the number of licenses you need (3–20) and can adjust it monthly.
Billing is in South African Rand.
What qualifies as an Enterprise team? +
Any team requiring more than 20 rep licenses, custom integrations, dedicated support,
or bespoke contract terms. Contact us and we'll put together a custom quote within 24 hours.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans include
additional security features like SSO, audit logs, and custom data residency options.
